Seiko Square

I was helping my sister source for a watch as a birthday present. We finally decided on this Seiko Square. The in-house caliber is the 4225 that can be hand wounded also. Seiko does not produce many Squares and this discontinued model (with metal bracelet) is a wonderful piece that can be dress up or dress down easily.

NATO

Old school Omega Speedy Pro on grey NATO for an ultimate military drab look. I got this NATO from William Jean from Canada. It seems the length of this NATO suits my 6.5in wrist better. Although the NATOs sold locally are cheaper, they look clumsy with the long tail.

Electric Blue

The discontinued Omega Seamaster Professional 300m Ref:2255.8000. This model houses the Caliber 1120 with sword hands and has the traditional Speedmaster type bracelet on a Seamaster. A rare classic piece that is still very popular with the collectors.

"The name's Bond - James Bond"

The "Bond" Seamaster Professional 300m is one of Omega's most classic model with the trademark wave textured dial and skeleton hands. This watch was made famous by the James Bond movie with Pierce Brosnan and then Daniel Craig wearing the SMP300 and later on the Planet Ocean as "007". I am no Bond fan but the association is a nice trivia. Earlier on I couldn't get pass the bracelet styling but gradually I accepted it as an Omega identity.

Here is the clasp with divers extension activated.

Military Seiko quartz

This JDM Seiko quartz SBCA001 from Japan reminds me of a field watch from my Army days - legible dial, lumed Arabic full numerals and water resistant. Perfect grab-and-go, easy-to-wear and uber-light weekend wearer.
